Essty Garment provides OEM/ODM custom manufacturing services for apparel, jewelry, and accessories. All orders are subject to these terms.
All orders require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. Payment methods include T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Lead times are estimates provided at the time of quotation. Actual delivery may vary due to material availability, order complexity, and force majeure events. We will keep you updated throughout the production process.
Every order undergoes our 3-stage quality control process. If defects are found upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacements or refunds for verified quality issues.
All designs, patterns, and brand assets you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not reproduce or resell your designs without explicit written permission.
Essty Garment's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
