Essty Garment manufactures custom dresses for emerging and established brands: bodycon minis and maxis, draped and cowl styles, structured pencil dresses, ruched occasion pieces and printed day dresses. - Modal & stretch jersey — 95% modal / 5% elastane at 220–260 gsm — the default for bodycon and draped styles: soft, substantial, good recovery.
- Ribbed knit — 2×2 and 1×1 rib for close-fitting minis; holds shape after repeated washing.
- Satin & crepe — For occasion and evening dresses with drape and sheen control.
- Structured woven (pencil & shirt dresses) — Cotton-spandex twill and ponte for tailored silhouettes that need to hold a line.
- Printed woven — Custom placement prints and all-over prints for day dresses and resort collections.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for custom dresses?
100 pieces per style per colour. You can split those 100 across sizes (for example 10 XS, 20 S, 30 M, 25 L, 15 XL) at no extra charge.
Can I start from your existing styles instead of a tech pack?
Yes, and it is the faster route. Pick a base dress, tell us what to change — fabric, colour, neckline, hem length, sleeve, hardware — and we quote and sample from there. Full tech packs are welcome but not required.
Which fabrics do you recommend for bodycon and draped dresses?
For bodycon we use a 95% modal / 5% elastane jersey or a power mesh at 220–280 gsm, so the ruching holds and the garment recovers. For draped styles, a heavier modal jersey or satin gives a cleaner fall.
Can you grade the sizing to my spec?
Yes. We grade XS–3XL as standard, or we work to your own size chart and fit notes. Send your spec sheet and we confirm before sampling.
How long does sampling take?
10–15 days for a development sample after fabric and specs are confirmed. Bulk runs 10–15 days after sample approval.
