Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. For complex designs with multiple fabric types or special trims, MOQ may be 150-200 pcs. For dropshipping, MOQ is just 1 piece from our in-stock styles. We can also do smaller trial orders (50 pcs) for new clients with a 20% surcharge.

Pricing depends on fabric, complexity, quantity, and customization level. As a reference:

• 100 pcs of a simple dress: ~$8-12/pc
• 300+ pcs: ~$6-9/pc
• 1000+ pcs: as low as $4-6/pc

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers with established trust, we offer NET 30 terms on orders above $10,000.

Yes. After confirming your design and receiving a 30% deposit on the bulk order, we provide up to 3 rounds of samples at no extra cost:

• Proto sample (5-7 days): initial design and fabric test
• Fit sample (3-5 days): adjusted measurements and construction
• PP sample (2-3 days): final approval before bulk

If you only need samples without a bulk order, sample fee is $50-100/style (refundable on bulk order of 100+ pcs).

Standard production lead time is 10-15 days after sample approval and deposit payment.

• Under 500 pcs: ~10 days
• 500-2000 pcs: 12-15 days
• 2000+ pcs: 15-20 days

Rush production (7 days) is available with a 15% surcharge. Lead times may extend during peak season (Aug-Oct for holiday production).

Yes. We offer full customization:

• Labels: woven brand labels, care labels, size labels (MOQ 500 pcs/design)
• Hangtags: custom printed hangtags with barcode (MOQ 500 pcs)
• Packaging: poly bags, tissue paper, sticker seals, gift boxes (MOQ 100 pcs)

All customization is at cost — no markup. You can also provide your own labels and tags for us to sew in.

Yes. We have partnerships with 50+ fabric mills in Guangzhou, Shaoxing, and Dongguan. We source cotton, linen, polyester, satin, chiffon, crepe, ribbed knit, mesh, and specialty fabrics. We offer multiple shipping terms:

• FOB (Free on Board): we deliver to port, you arrange shipping
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): we handle shipping to your port
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): door-to-door, all-inclusive

Air freight takes 5-7 days, sea freight 25-35 days. For dropshipping, we use ePacket or DHL express (5-10 days). We also ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses with FBA labeling. Import guide →

Yes. We are experienced with Amazon FBA requirements. We can label products with FNSKU barcodes, pack according to Amazon prep guidelines, and ship directly to FBA warehouses in the US, UK, EU, and Australia. FBA prep service is free for orders of 200+ pcs.

We follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards with QC at 4 stages:

1. Fabric inspection before cutting (color, weight, defects)
2. Inline QC during sewing (stitching, measurements, construction)
3. 100% final inspection after finishing (appearance, functionality)
4. Random AQL sampling before packing (statistical verification)

We provide QC reports with photos on request. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) is welcome at your cost.

Yes. We sign Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, and Non-Circumvention (NNN) agreements before reviewing your designs. This means:

• We will not share your tech pack, patterns, or samples with any third party
• We will not sell your designs to other customers or on any marketplace
• We will not bypass you to contact your customers directly

Your intellectual property is fully protected under Chinese law.

Yes. We have 22 in-stock styles available for private labeling. You can add your brand label, hangtag, and packaging to any of our existing designs. MOQ for private label is 100 pcs per style. This is faster (7-10 days) and more affordable than full custom development. Private label guide →

Yes. We manufacture sizes up to 3XL (US 22-24). We use grade rules specific to plus-size fit and can adjust patterns for proper proportions. We recommend providing measurements for your target fit model. Plus-size patterns may require an additional 2-3 days for grading. Plus-size guide →

Yes. If you do not have a tech pack, our design team can create one from your reference images, sketches, or sample garments. Tech pack creation costs $50-150 depending on complexity. This fee is fully refundable when you place a bulk order of 100+ pcs. Tech pack guide →

Yes, factory visits are welcome. We are located in Guangzhou, China — 45 minutes from Baiyun International Airport (CAN). Please schedule 2-3 days in advance so we can prepare a guided tour covering: production floor, cutting room, QC station, fabric warehouse, and sample room.
