Process FAQ

💬 I don't have a tech pack. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Most of our clients start with just photos or sketches. Our pattern makers can create tech packs from reference images. Just share what you have — we'll handle the rest.

💬 What if I don't like the first sample?

That's normal — samples rarely nail it on the first try. We include up to 3 revision rounds at no extra charge. You provide feedback (fit, fabric, details), we adjust and resend.

💬 Can you match an existing garment I own?

Yes! Mail us your reference garment and we'll reverse-engineer the pattern, source matching fabric, and produce a sample. This is one of our most common requests.

💬 Do you require a deposit to start?

For sampling: a small sample fee covers materials and labor (credited back when you proceed to bulk). For production: 30% deposit to start, 70% before shipment. Flexible terms for repeat clients.

💬 How do you handle multiple styles in one order?

Each style is treated as a separate production batch. You can mix sizes within a style freely, but different styles require their own MOQ of 100 pcs per style.

💬 What quality standards do you follow?

We use AQL 2.5 (Acceptable Quality Level) for final inspection — the global apparel industry standard. This means sampling and checking for stitching defects, measurement tolerance, color matching, and fabric flaws.
