What is the MOQ for custom trousers?
100 pieces per style per colour. If the trouser is the bottom half of a co-ord set, the set counts as one style — 100 sets means 100 tops and 100 bottoms.
How do you get the drape right on a wide leg?
Fabric weight and the hem break do the work. For a clean floor-grazing fall we usually specify 240–280 gsm draped jersey or modal, and we confirm the inseam against the heel height you are designing for.
Can you make trousers to my own rise and inseam spec?
Yes. Send your measurements or a sample garment and we pattern to it. We can also work from a graded size chart.
Do you make pockets, pleats and waistband detailing?
Yes — side seam and welt pockets, single and double pleats, elasticated or tailored waistbands, belt loops and tie-waist detailing are all standard.
How long does sampling take?
10–15 days for a development sample after fabric and specs are confirmed. Bulk runs 10–15 days after sample approval.
